OUR POLICY

Please ensure you are not using any retinol/ harsh actives on or around the area of treatment at least 7 days prior to any wax appointment.

Wax treatments will not be available if you have recently finished or are currently taking any prescribed skin medication.

Please ensure you have received a patch test at least 48 hours before your first tinting or lash treatment with us. We do not require this for wax services.

Please turn up to your appointment at your allocated time, over 10 minutes late will need to be re-booked and you will not received a deposit back. (5 minutes if booked in for a tidy)

Please give us 48 hours notice regarding cancellation to get your deposit refunded. If you do not show up to your appointment/cancel within 48 hours your deposited will be kept to cover the cost of a lost appointment.

winter wellness policy

We understand that illness can strike unexpectedly, especially during the colder months. To keep things fair for both our clients and staff, we've introduced a flexible approach to our 48-hour cancellation policy and allowing  a 24-hour rescheduled policy. 


If you're feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible-even if it's under 48 hours.

  • Within 24 hours you can reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the original date, keeping your deposit. 

  • Cancellations without rebooking or repeated short-notice cancellations may result in forfeiting the deposit.

  • We also will have the right to refuse appointments if clients choose to still attend their appointment unwell. As this can affect the safety of our team. 

  • You will receive a full refund if appointment is canceled within 48 hours, you can cancel through your confirmation email. Please email us at bookings@bam-ldn.co.uk as deposits are not automated.

We understand people can feel unwell with short notice, however we are a very small business and no-shows/last minute cancellations have a huge impact on our business.
